The Office of the Registrar serves as the central authority for academic records, admissions processing, and student documentation at CIRE.
Role & Responsibilities
The office upholds the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in all record-keeping systems, ensuring that every student’s academic journey is properly documented and protected.
Transcript Issuance
Processing and issuing official academic transcripts and certified documents for students and alumni requiring verified proof of their academic achievement at CIRE.
Examination Coordination
Coordinating examination schedules, invigilation arrangements, and result processing in close collaboration with academic departments to ensure fair and orderly assessments.
Graduation Certification
Overseeing the preparation and issuance of graduation certificates, degree documents, and all related official records for every graduating student at CIRE.
Academic Calendar Management
Publishing and maintaining the official CIRE academic calendar, including term dates, examination periods, registration deadlines, and institutional holidays.
Enrollment Verification
Official confirmation of student enrollment status for use in scholarship applications, visa processing, bank requirements, sponsorship letters, and other official purposes.
